Krftkds- I Know We Know

Krftkds out of L.A. makes some hard bumping electro and this newest track brings it.   This is definitely a track to use if you want to take your set in a harder direction without going over the top.    They have a string of other sweet songs with similar sounds on their Soundcloud page, including an excellent electro mash of Eminem’s Superman. Check them out at http://www.soundcloud.com/krftkds

Michael Calfan- Resurrection (Axwell’s Recut Club Version)

This new track, remixed by Axwell, is already tearing up the charts, being number 1 on Beatport a week after its release. Love the buildup and the epic way the bass comes in.  Nothing less than I would expect from a member of Swedish House Mafia.  Expect to hear this rocking clubs at peak times for quite a while.

B. Jinx- They Got To Have It (Coach Roebuck Remix)

This is the newest release from my good friend B. Jinx over here in South Korea,  and the version above is remixed by Coach Roebuck from New York.   Its a jumpy disco-ish track that will have people grooving on the dancefloor.  There is also the original mix, and remixes from DJ Red out of Atlanta and Disco Ballz (DBZ). Available now on Beatport at

Jay Lumen and Sinisa Tamamovic- Double Tap

This new tech house cut from Sinisa Tamamovic and Jay Lumen has fun bouncy beat  These two producers, already quite accomplished individually, have teamed up to produce a track that will definitely have people bouncing and grooving. I like it because I think it can work at lower volumes in lounge settings, and will have people dancing when played at full volume in clubs.

As a tech DJ I’m a big fan of the tech house version of it, but the techno version, the first on the EP list on soundcloud, is quite good as well. Available on Beatport

Martin Solvieg & Dragonette- Big In Japan (David Jones Mash Mix)

Love this new mix from David Jones. Gives this track from Martin Solvieg and Dragonette a funky bouncy twist that should have dance floor rocking.  The overall feel has that happy sound that David Jones is a master at making. David Jones is on the rise, and he keeps on delivering.  This is no exception. Big Thumbs Up.

Jason Rivas feat. Miss Lyntty- Billie Jean (club mix)

This new track from Jason Rivas is a sweet house version of the original hit by Michael Jackson.  Featuring a great cover of the song by Miss Lyntty with a bouncy and slight electro beat, Jason Rivas shows how you can take so many different songs an constantly give them new faces and new feels. Well done. Available on Beatport

Pleasurekraft- The Main Ingredient

Pleasurekraft has been making major waves on the tech house scene. There recent hit Satyr Song hit the top ten on Beatport, and I predict this newest track will be up there in short order as well.  It is a cool, laid back cut featuring a slow down with some speaking in the middle.  It reminds me a bit of Oliver $’s huge hit from this summer, Doin Ya Thang.  Definitely a big fan of the song and Pleasurekraft in general and look forward to more of their stuff. Available on Beatport.

Quentin Mossiman- Watch Your Back (Club Edit)

This is a cool new Electro House track from Quentin Mossimann out of Paris.  Has some nice progressive sounds and  vocals and then comes in with a hard electro sound.  Definitely the sort of stuff the crowd digs over here in Korea.  Check him out at http://www.soundcloud.com/quentinmossimann.
